Due Process and Employee Representation. An employee shall have right of Union representation when the employee reasonably anticipates that such a meeting is for the purpose of disciplining the employee, or is to obtain facts to support disciplinary action that is probable, or that is being seriously considered. The City shall keep an employee who is the subject of an ongoing investigation reasonably informed regarding the status of the investigation every 90 days provided that such information does not interfere with the nature of the investigation.
