Common use of Dues Authorization Clause in Contracts

Dues Authorization. ‌ The Local of the Union shall furnish the Employer(s) with dues authorization cards. The Employer(s) agrees to have all new Employees sign the dues authorization cards within thirty (30) days of commencement of employment.
