Dues, Fair Share Fees, Procedures. Membership in the Association is not compulsory. Employees may join, elect not to join, maintain, or resign their membership in the Association, as they see fit. The Municipality will deduct dues payments from the first two pays of each month for any member who provides a written authorization for dues deductions. Dues shall be remitted to the Union by direct deposit within three (3) business days of the date employees’ paychecks are direct deposited.
