Dues for Non-Residents of Canada. The Producer shall deduct professional dues equal to seven and a half percent (7.5%) of the Gross Remuneration paid to the Directors and Second Unit Directors who are not members of the Guild or the DGC and who are not residents of Canada, up to a maximum of four thousand dollars ($4,000) and remit said monies to the Guild.
