The Employer agrees to deduct from the Ironworkers wages a dues supplement, in an amount as advised by the union in writing, for each hour that an employee covered by this Agreement is employed and forward same to the offices of the Financial Secretaries not later than the fifteenth (15th) day of the following month in which the said dues were deducted.
