Duplicate Claims. Provider may not submit duplicate claims for claims, (defined as a claim for payment made for the same patient on the same date of service for the same services) that are not clean for: 1) 45 days after Provider files those claims non-electronically, and 2) 30 days after Provider files those claims electronically.
Duplicate Claims. Trading Partner shall not submit claims for services that have already been submitted on Trading Partner’s behalf or for which Xxxxxxx Partner has already received payment, unless Trading Partner notes in the claim transmission the previous transmission or previous payment, as applicable.
Duplicate Claims the system shall in an automated manner flag a claim as being (1) exactly the same as a previously submitted claim or (2) a possible duplicate and either deny or pend the claim as needed;
Duplicate Claims. To indemnify Indemnitee for expenses or liabilities of any type whatsoever (including, but not limited to, judgments, fines, ERISA excise taxes or penalties and amounts paid in settlement) to the extent Indemnitee has otherwise actually received payment (under any insurance policy, the Company’s Certificate of Incorporation, its Bylaws or otherwise) of the amounts otherwise indemnifiable hereunder.
