DURATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF AGREEMENT. 26.1: This Agreement, after having been first executed by both parties in accordance with applicable Florida Statutes and PERC regulations, and after having been ratified by the Employee Bargaining Agent and adopted by the City Commission of Coconut Creek, Florida, shall become effective upon adoption, and shall continue in full force and effect until September 30, 2025.
