Common use of DURATION AND MODIFICATION OF AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

DURATION AND MODIFICATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall commence on the 1st day of September, 2008 and shall continue in effect until the 31st day of August, 2011 and shall continue automatically thereafter for normal periods of one (1) year each unless either party notifies the other in writing during the two (2) month period immediately prior to the expiration date that it desires to amend or terminate this Agreement.
