Duration and Modification. Section 1: Term of Contract This Agreement shall continue in full force and effect until 11:59 pm on June 30, 2023. Section 2: Contract Renewal This contract shall be renewed from year to year, thereafter subject to notice of termination by either party on sixty (60) days written notice prior to the current year's termination date. In the event that such notice is given, negotiations shall begin no later than sixty (60) days prior to the anniversary date designated in this Agreement. Section 3: Wage Reopener
