Common use of Duration and Modification Clause in Contracts

Duration and Modification. 27.01 This Agreement shall continue in force from September 1, 2011 until August 31, 2014, and shall continue automatically thereafter for periods of one (1) year each unless either party notifies the other in writing within the period of ninety (90) days before the Agreement ceases to operate that it desires to amend or terminate this Agreement.
