DURATION AND PREVIOUS AGREEMENTS. 20.01 Unless changed by mutual consent in writing, the terms of this Collective Agreement shall continue in effect from January 1, 2004 to December 31, 2006 and shall continue automatically thereafter for annual periods of one year unless either party notifies the other in writing, by registered mail, not more than ninety days from the expiry date of this Agreement, of termination of, or proposed revision of, this Agreement.

DURATION AND PREVIOUS AGREEMENTS. 20.01 26.01 Unless changed by mutual consent in writingwriting or otherwise provided in this Agreement or in the Memorandum of Settlement, the terms of this Collective Agreement shall continue in effect from January July 1, 2004 2017 to December 31June 30, 2006 2020 and shall continue automatically thereafter for annual periods of one year unless either party notifies the other in writing, by registered mail, not more than ninety (90) days or less than thirty (30) days from the expiry date of this Agreement, of termination of, or proposed revision of, this Agreement.

DURATION AND PREVIOUS AGREEMENTS. 20.01 18.01 Unless changed by mutual consent in writing, the terms of this Collective Agreement shall continue in effect from January September 2, 2019 to September 1, 2004 to December 312022, 2006 and shall continue automatically thereafter for annual periods of one year any time unless either party notifies the other in writing, by registered mail, not more than ninety days WITHIN NINETY DAYS from the expiry date of this Agreement, of termination of, or proposed revision of, this Agreement.

DURATION AND PREVIOUS AGREEMENTS. 20.01 18.01 Unless changed by mutual consent in writing, the terms of this Collective Agreement shall continue in effect from January 1June 3, 2004 2019 to December 31June 2, 2006 2022 and shall continue automatically thereafter for annual periods of one year unless either party notifies the other in writing, by registered mail, not more than any time within ninety (90) days from the expiry date of this Agreement, of termination of, or proposed revision of, this Agreement.
