DURATION, MODIFICATIONS AND CHANGES Sample Clauses
The 'Duration, Modifications, and Changes' clause defines how long an agreement remains in effect and outlines the procedures for altering its terms. Typically, this clause specifies the start and end dates of the contract, the process for making amendments—such as requiring written consent from both parties—and the conditions under which changes can be implemented. Its core function is to provide clear guidelines for the contract's lifespan and ensure that any modifications are mutually agreed upon, thereby preventing misunderstandings and disputes over unauthorized changes.
