Common use of DURATION OF AGREEMENT AND TERMINATION Clause in Contracts

DURATION OF AGREEMENT AND TERMINATION. A. This Agreement comes into force on the 1st day of January 2024 and terminates on the 31st day of December 2024 (except those provisions which are specifically identified as continuing in effect beyond termination). In signing this Agreement, all applicable previous Triathlon Canada Athlete Agreements you may have signed are null and void, and this Agreement becomes your binding National Team Athlete Agreement.
