DUTIES OF REPRESENTATIVE. (a) Representative shall use its best efforts to vigorously introduce, promote the sale of, solicit and obtain new and additional orders for Products from existing and potential design and manufacturing customers (each a “Customer” and collectively the “Customers”) in the Territory, and to timely deliver Products to Customers upon acceptance of Customers’ purchase orders. Representative shall send a copy of each Customer’s purchase order accepted to COMPANY no later than three (3) working days after such acceptance.
DUTIES OF REPRESENTATIVE. 3. 1. The Representative shall use his best efforts to solicit orders for the sale of the Products in the Territory and as part of such efforts shall promote the sales of the Products with Government, Industry, Consultants, Contractor, Sub-Contractors and owners of projects within such Territory.
DUTIES OF REPRESENTATIVE. Representative shall use its best efforts to promote, develop and increase sales of the Products in the Territory in accordance with the general marketing strategy set forth by Company from time to time. Representative's duties shall include, but shall not be limited to:
DUTIES OF REPRESENTATIVE. (a) Representative shall maintain a sales office in the Territory and devote such time as may be reasonably necessary to sell and promote Manufacturer’s Products within the Territory.
DUTIES OF REPRESENTATIVE. Representative shall actively and diligently promote Principal’s Products, working in conjunction with the Authorized Distributors in the Territory. Promotional activities shall include at a minimum two (2) Product seminars per year and Product update sessions at each Authorized Distributor in the Territory at least once per quarter. Representative shall have on staff at all times at least one “Product Champion” who shall be trained extensively in Principal’s Products. Annually, at a minimum, the Product Champion shall attend a Distributor training course offered by Principal. Representative shall be an active member of Principal’s Distributor Council. Representative, as an agent of Principal, may become aware of information that is considered proprietary to Principal. Representative will treat this information as confidential, as they would treat their own proprietary information. Coincident with the execution of this Agreement, Representative shall execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
DUTIES OF REPRESENTATIVE. Section 2.01. The Representative shall solicit orders from the Customers for the Products at the prices quoted and upon the standard terms and conditions of quotation or sale specified from time to time by the Company. The sole authority granted to the Representative shall be to promote and solicit such orders for the Products. The Representative shall not have, nor shall the Representative hold itself out as having, the power to make contracts in the 2nd Supplement 2009 9–65 name of or binding on the Company, or to pledge the Company’s credit, or to extend credit in its name.1
DUTIES OF REPRESENTATIVE. Representative accepts the appointment as MM’s sales representative for MM App and shall at all times use best efforts to promote and develop the sales of the MM App to Customers. Representative shall comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules and regulations of any federal, state, county or municipal authorities in performing the services contemplated by this Agreement. Representative will bear all costs and expenses associated with its/his/her sales efforts under this Agreement. Representative shall complete such training as required by MM from time to time.

Customer sales calls - Representative will spend a portion of each day calling potential new customers and arranging meetings to discuss the services Chemical Laboratory Services Company can offer to their operation. Lost customers will also be contacted as needed in order to reestablish business through new mutually agreeable terms. Current customers will be contacted as needed in order to insure their needs are being met and to investigate more potential business.
