DURATION OF AGREEMENT; MID-TERM ASSESSMENT. 17.1 This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for a period of five (5) years from the date approved by the Board of Education on June 9, 2022. Notwithstanding the term of the Agreement as set forth above, the Agreement will continue to apply until the completion of all Covered Work pursuant to Section 2.1 where the initial bid for any Construction Contract for a Project is awarded or approved by the Board on or before the date the Agreement terminates.
