Common use of Duration of Confidentiality Clause in Contracts

Duration of Confidentiality. The provisions of this Article 15 shall apply to Confidential Information during the term of this Agreement and for two years following termination of this Agreement and, as to any Member who Transfers its Membership Interest, for two years following the date of such occurrence with the exception in either case that the provisions of this Article 15 shall continue to apply to any information qualifying as a trade secret under applicable Legal Requirements until such time as the information no longer qualifies as Confidential Information.
