Duration of Contingent Rights. If a holder of an Ordinary Share submits that Ordinary Share for redemption in accordance with the Company’s Amended and Restated Memorandum and Articles of Association, the Contingent Right attached to such Ordinary Share shall expire and shall be worthless.
