Common use of DURATION OF CONTRACT AND EXTENSION OF TERM Clause in Contracts

This Contract shall become effective on the date signed by the last Party and shall terminate on October 12, 2020 (“Contract Period”), or upon the completion of all Benchmarks listed in Attachment A and required closeout procedures, whichever occurs first. Subrecipient must meet all Project Benchmarks in Attachment A. Subrecipient’s failure to meet any Benchmark may result in termination under SECTION 3.02 below. Upon receipt of a written request and acceptable justification from Subrecipient, the GLO may amend this Contract to extend the Contract Period.
