SUBAWARD OFFER SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION. If Subrecipient does not return the original signed Contract to the GLO within sixty (60) days of transmittal of the Contract to Subrecipient, Subaward funding for the Project may be subject to cancellation, in the sole discretion of the GLO.
