Duration of Cooperation. 5.1 The promotion cooperation period between Party A and Party B is tentatively set at 12 months; 5.2 Party B shall send a written letter of intent to Party A if it wants to renew the promotion cooperation agreement with Party A 10 days before the expiration of this agreement. If Party A agrees to renew the contract, both parties shall sign the corresponding promotion agreement. 5.3 The term of this agreement is from October 1, 2021 to September 30, 2022.
