Common use of Duration of Grant Clause in Contracts

Duration of Grant. A. The services, functions or activities described in Part II, Section 1 shall begin upon execution and be provided through December 31, 2024, with two one-year extension option periods. B. The grant may be terminated in accordance with the provisions of Part I, Section 15.
