Common use of Duration of Lease Term Clause in Contracts

Duration of Lease Term. This Agreement shall become effective upon its execution and delivery and the leasehold interest created hereby shall then begin and, unless sooner terminated or extended under the provisions hereof (including particularly Articles X and XI), shall expire upon the latter to occur of the following events: (i) midnight, June 1, 2033, or (ii) payment in full of all Bonds and any Additional Bonds.

Duration of Lease Term. This Agreement shall become effective upon its execution and delivery and the leasehold interest created hereby shall then begin begin, and, unless sooner terminated or extended under the provisions hereof (including particularly Articles X and XI), shall expire upon the latter to occur of the following events: (i) midnight, June September 1, 20332037, or (ii) payment in full of all Bonds and any Additional Bonds.

Duration of Lease Term. This Agreement shall become effective upon its execution and delivery and the leasehold interest created hereby with respect to the Project shall then begin begin, and, unless sooner terminated or extended under subject to the other provisions hereof (including particularly Articles X and XI)hereof, shall expire upon the latter to occur of the following events: (i) at midnight, June March 1, 2033, or (ii) sooner upon payment or redemption of the Bonds as hereinafter provided subject to extension as provided in full of all Bonds and any Additional BondsSection 8.7.

Duration of Lease Term. This Agreement shall become effective upon its execution and delivery and the leasehold interest created hereby shall then begin begin, and, unless sooner terminated or extended under the provisions hereof (including particularly Articles X and XI), shall expire upon the latter to occur of the following events: (i) midnight, June December 1, 20332028, or (ii) payment in full of all Bonds and any Additional Bonds.

Duration of Lease Term. This Lease Agreement shall become effective upon on its execution and delivery and the leasehold interest created hereby shall then begin delivery, and, unless sooner terminated or extended under subject to the provisions hereof of this Lease Agreement (including particularly Articles X and XIXI hereof), shall expire upon on the latter to occur of date when the following events: (i) midnight, June 1, 2033final payment on the Bond is due, or (ii) if the Bond and all payments hereunder have not been fully paid then on such date as such payment in full of all Bonds and any Additional Bondsor provisions for such payment shall have been made.

Duration of Lease Term. This Agreement shall become effective upon its execution and delivery and the leasehold interest created hereby shall then begin begin, and, unless sooner terminated or extended under subject to the other provisions hereof (including particularly Articles X and XI)hereof, shall expire at midnight, December 1, 2023, or sooner upon the latter to occur payment or redemption of the following events: (i) midnight, June 1, 2033, or (ii) payment Bonds as hereinafter provided subject to extension as provided in full of all Bonds and any Additional BondsSection 8.7.

Duration of Lease Term. This Agreement shall become effective upon its execution and delivery delivery, and the leasehold interest estate created hereby in this Agreement shall then begin and, unless sooner terminated or extended under commence on such date and subject to the provisions hereof of this Agreement (including particularly Articles IX and X and XIhereof), shall expire upon expire, unless extended with the latter to occur mutual consent of the following events: (i) midnightparties hereto, June August 1, 20332018, or if the Bonds have not then been fully paid and retired (ii) or provision for such payment made as provided in full of all Bonds and any Additional Bondsthe Indenture), on such date as such payment or provision shall have been made within one year thereof, or as provided in Article X hereof (the "Lease Term").
