Common use of Duration of Retention of Records Clause in Contracts

Duration of Retention of Records. 36.3 WEPCo shall, and shall procure that each WEPCo Party and Project Service Provider shall, retain all documents referred to in Clause 36.1 (and any other records WEPCo or such WEPCo Party or Project Service Provider, as the case may be, is required to keep under any Project Agreement or Supply Chain Agreement) for a period of not less than six (6) years from that document's creation or coming into that party's possession, whichever is the later. Each of the Participants shall have the right to audit any and all such records at any reasonable time on reasonable written notice during the term of this Agreement and during the six (6) year period following the expiry or termination of this Agreement, whichever is the earlier.
