Common use of Duration of Right to Inspect Clause in Contracts

Duration of Right to Inspect. For the purpose of such audits, inspections, examinations, evaluations, have access to VENDOR records from the Effective Date of this Agreement, for the duration of the term of this Agreement, and until the later of five (5) years after the termination of this Agreement or five (5) years after the date of final payment by SBBC to VENDOR pursuant to this Agreement.
