Common use of Duration of the hire agreement Clause in Contracts

Duration of the hire agreement. 1. The hire agreement has been entered into for the duration agreed between the parties, in the absence of which a duration of one year applies. The hire begins on the day on which the Products are made available to the Client. The duration of the hire agreement is always tacitly extended for the duration of the original period, unless the Client or AnyWare terminates the agreement in writing with due observance of a notice period of three months before the end of the period in question. 2. On the expiry of a hire agreement entered into for a definite period of time, the agreement terminates, without any termination by AnyWare or the Client being required. 3. If a hired Product is not returned complete and in good condition, the agreement will continue and the hire price will remain payable by the Client until the hired Product is returned complete and in good condition.
