Common use of Duration of the Partnership Clause in Contracts

Duration of the Partnership. 4.1 The Partnership Arrangements shall come into force on the 1st April 2019 and shall remain in force for the financial period 2019/20 and 2020/21, ending on 31st March 2021. The Partnership Arrangements can be terminated by either Partner upon giving the other six months written notice that it considers any one or more of the following conditions to apply and that this cannot, in the reasonable opinion of the party serving the notice, be capable of remedy within three months from the date of service:
