Common use of Duration of the Settlement Clause in Contracts

Duration of the Settlement. The Programmatic Relief set forth in this Settlement Agreement shall remain binding on the Parties and their agents and successors for three (3) years following the Effective Date (the “Programmatic Relief Period”).

Duration of the Settlement.
