Common use of Duration of the Subscription Clause in Contracts

Duration of the Subscription. 9.1. In case of a monthly Subscription, the Subscription Period is one month from the date stated in the Order Process and automatically extends on a month-by-month basis, unless terminated in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions. Both Swapfiets and the Member may terminate a monthly Subscription at any time with a notice period of one month.
