Duration & Operation of this Agreement. (a) This Agreement shall operate from date of lodgement in accordance with the Act. (b) No other Award or Agreement shall apply to any Employee bound by the terms of this Agreement. (c) Following its expiry, the Agreement shall continue to operate until varied, replaced or terminated in accordance with the Act.
