Duration or Modification of Agreement. 28.01 This Agreement shall continue in force and effect until August 31, 2008, and shall continue automatically thereafter for periods of one (1) year each unless either party notifies the other in writing within the period of ninety (90) days before the Agreement ceases to operate that it desires to amend or terminate this Agreement. An employee who is temporarily assigned to a Team Leader role shall receive a premium of $2.00 for all hours worked. Duration or Modification of Agreement. 28.01 This Agreement shall continue in force and effect until August 31, 20082014, and shall continue automatically thereafter for periods of one (1) year each unless either party notifies the other in writing within the period of ninety (90) days before the Agreement ceases to operate that it desires to amend or terminate this Agreement.
