Common use of DURATION, TERMINATION AND CONTINUATION Clause in Contracts

DURATION, TERMINATION AND CONTINUATION. This Agreement shall be in effect from May 1, 2016 until April 30, 2019 and thereafter triennially unless written notice be given not less than sixty (60) days before expiry date (or its anniversary as the case may be) by the party desirous of change. On receipt of such written notice the parties to this Agreement shall convene a meeting within thirty (30) days or such time mutually agreed to and endeavour “to reach an agree- ment”.

On receipt of such written notice the parties to this Agreement shall convene a meeting within thirty (30) days or such time mutually agreed to and endeavour “"to reach an agree- ment”agreement".

This Agreement shall be in effect from May 1, 2016 2019 until April 30, 2019 2022 and thereafter triennially unless written writ- ten notice be given not less than sixty (60) days before expiry date (or its anniversary as the case may be) by the party desirous of change. On receipt of such written writ- ten notice the parties to this Agreement shall convene a meeting within thirty (30) days or such time mutually agreed to and endeavour “to reach an agree- mentagreement”.

DURATION, TERMINATION AND CONTINUATION. This Agreement shall be in effect from May 1, 2016 until April 30, 2019 and thereafter triennially biennially unless written notice be given not more than ninety days and not less than sixty (60) days before expiry date (or its anniversary anniver- sary as the case may be) by the party desirous of change. On receipt of such written notice the parties to this Agreement Agree- ment shall convene a meeting within thirty (30) days or such time mutually agreed to and endeavour “to reach an agree- mentagreement”.
