Board Allowance. Employees shall be paid a meal allowance in accordance with Board policy where:
a) the employee is required to travel out of district, or
b) the employee is required to travel within the district and such travel is not a condition of employment.
Board Allowance. Employees who are sent out of the county in which they reside to do work shall, if required by the Em- ployer to remain out of the said County, receive eighty-three dollars and forty-three cents ($83.43) effective May 1, 2016, eighty-five dollars and ten cents ($85.10) effective May 1, 2017, and eighty- six dollars and eighty cents ($86.80) effective May 1, 2018, per day as expenditures for board and lodging for each day they remain outside said County.
Board Allowance. 8.01 It is understood and agreed that room and board allowance will be paid in accordance with Article 18.00 of this Agreement.
8.02 Where an employee is required to work more than one hundred (100) kilometres beyond the prescribed boundaries then the employer shall reimburse the employee in accordance with one of the following based on seven (7) days a week:
Board Allowance. An employee sent by the Employer to a job outside of Zone 1, and who is required by the Employer to remain away from his normal place of residence, and where the job is within one hundred (100) road kilometres from the boundary of Zone 1, will be paid, at the Employer’s discretion, a board allowance of fifty dollars ($50.00) per day or a travel allowance in accordance with 5.04.01 above. Where the job is more than one hundred (100) road kilometres from the boundary of Zone 1, the employee will be paid a board allowance one hundred and five dollars ($105.00) per day.
Board Allowance. An employee sent by the Employer to a job outside of Zone 1, and LiUNA Local Union 183
Board Allowance. In excess of 80 kilometres, the room and board allowance shown above shall be paid per day worked.
Board Allowance. 1. All Employees working on a job who because of the location of the job site, are required to maintain temporary living quarters away from their permanent residence shall receive a board allowance as follows: • $16.50 effective May 1, 2015 per straight time hour paid • $16.50 effective May 1, 2015 per hour paid for 8 hours on any day that overtime is worked • On a day where straight time and overtime are worked, only the straight time hours shall apply • Room and Board paid to not exceed 56 hours/week
2. Room and Board paid for all scheduled hours (includes hours travelling to a job on company time) on any day when an employee is sent home because of job conditions, inclement weather or if the employee is laid off (except if employee leaves the job of his own volition).
3. Pay for room and board according to Paragraph J (1.) on any of the Statutory Holidays stipulated in Article 6 “Holidays” if he has worked the regular working day immediately preceding such holiday and the regular hours on the day immediately following such holiday providing such Holiday occurs on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
Board Allowance. 16.01:1 It is understood and agreed that room and board allowance will be paid in accordance with Article 15.03:1 of this Agreement.
16.01:2 Where an employee is required to work more than sixty (60) kilometres beyond the prescribed boundaries then the employer shall reimburse the employee in accordance with one of the following based on seven (7) days a week:
(a) effective May 1, 2007 one hundred and twenty-five dollars ($125.00) per day for meals and accommodation.
(b) the actual cost of a reasonable level of accommodation and meals supported by receipts.
(c) the employer to arrange and provide the employee, at no cost, with a reasonable level of accommodation and meals daily.
Board Allowance. 8.01 It is understood and agreed that room and board allowance will be paid in accordance with Article 18.00 of this Agreement.
8.02 Where an employee is required to work more than one hundred (100) kilometres beyond the prescribed bound- aries then the employer shall reimburse the employee in accordance with one of the following based on seven (7) days a week:
(a) Effective May 1, 2013 one hundred and Twenty-Five Dollars ($125.00) per day for meals and accommodation.
(b) The actual cost of a reasonable level of accommoda- tion and meals supported by receipts.
(c) The employer to arrange and provide the employee, at no cost, with a reasonable lever of accommodation and meals daily.
