Common use of During Construction Period Clause in Contracts

During Construction Period. During the Construction Period, the impact of increase/decrease in the cost of the Project in the Transmission Charges shall be governed by the formula given below:  For every cumulative increase/decrease of Rs. 1,02,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore and Two Lakh Only) in the cost of the Project up to the Scheduled COD of the Project, the increase/decrease in non-escalable Transmission Charges shall be an amount equal to 0.313 percent (0.313%) of the Non-Escalable Transmission Charges.

During Construction Period. During the Construction Period, the impact of increase/decrease in the cost of the Project in the Transmission Charges shall be governed by the formula given below:  ▪ For every cumulative increase/decrease of Rs. 1,02,00,000/- 38,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore and Two Thirty Eight Lakh Only) in the cost of the Project up to the Scheduled COD of the Project, the Chenab Valley Power Projects [P] Limited SPV[which is under incorporation] increase/decrease in non-escalable Transmission Charges shall be an amount equal to 0.313 percent (0.313%) of the Non-Escalable Transmission Charges.

During Construction Period. During the Construction Period, the impact of increase/decrease in the cost of the Project in the Transmission Charges shall be governed by the formula given below:  - For every cumulative increase/increase/ decrease of Rs. 1,02,00,000/- 5,45,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore and Two Lakh Onlyfive crore forty five lakh only) in the cost of the Project up to the Scheduled COD of the Project, the increase/decrease in nonNon-escalable Escalable Transmission Charges shall be an amount equal to 0.313 percent (0.313%) of the Non-Escalable Transmission Charges.

During the Construction Period, the impact of increase/decrease in the cost of the Project in the Transmission Charges shall be governed by the formula given below:  For every cumulative increase/decrease of Rs. 1,02,00,000/- 38,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore and Two Thirty Eight Lakh Only) in the cost of the Project up to the Scheduled COD of the Project, the Chenab Valley Power Projects [P] Limited SPV[which is under incorporation] increase/decrease in non-escalable Transmission Charges shall be an amount equal to 0.313 percent (0.313%) of the Non-Escalable Transmission Charges.

During the Construction Period, the impact of increase/decrease in the cost of the Project in the Transmission Charges shall be governed by the formula given below:  - For every cumulative increase/decrease of Rs. 1,02,00,000/- 6,57,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore and Two Lakh six crore fifty seven lakh Only) in the cost of the Project up to the Scheduled COD of the Project, the increase/decrease in non-escalable Transmission Charges shall be an amount equal to 0.313 percent (0.313%) of the Non-Escalable Transmission Charges.

During Construction Period. During the Construction Period, the impact of increase/increase/ decrease in the cost of the Project in the Transmission Charges shall be governed by the formula given below:  - For every cumulative increase/increase/ decrease of Rupees two crore fifty eight lakh only (Rs. 1,02,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore and Two Lakh Only2,58,00,000/-) in the cost of the Project up to the Scheduled COD of the Project, the increase/increase/ decrease in non-escalable Transmission Charges shall be an amount equal to 0.313 percent (0.313%) of the Non-Escalable Transmission Charges.

During Construction Period. During the Construction Period, the impact of increase/decrease in the cost of the Project in the Transmission Charges shall be governed by the formula given below:  For every cumulative increase/decrease of Rs. 1,02,00,000/- Rs.2,67,00,000/- (Rupees One Two Crore and Two Sixty Seven Lakh Only) in the cost of the Project up to the Scheduled COD of the Project, the increase/decrease in non-escalable Transmission Charges shall be an amount equal to 0.313 percent (0.313%) of the Non-Escalable Transmission Charges.

During Construction Period. During the Construction Period, the impact of increase/decrease in the cost of the Project in the Transmission Charges shall be governed by the formula given below:  - For every cumulative increase/decrease of each Rupees Three Crore and Forty Nine Lakh Only (Rs. 1,02,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore and Two Lakh Only3.49 Crore) in the cost of the Project up to the Scheduled COD of the Project, the increase/decrease in nonNon-escalable Escalable Transmission Charges shall be an amount equal to 0.313 Zero Point Three One Three percent (0.313%) of the Non-Escalable Transmission Charges.

During Construction Period. During the Construction Period, the impact of increase/increase/ decrease in the cost of the Project in the Transmission Charges shall be governed by the formula given below:  - For every cumulative increase/increase/ decrease of Rupees five crore fifteen lakh only (Rs. 1,02,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore and Two Lakh Only5,15,00,000/-) in the cost of the Project up to the Scheduled COD of the Project, the increase/increase/ decrease in nonNon-escalable Escalable Transmission Charges shall be an amount equal to 0.313 percent (0.313%) of the Non-Escalable Transmission Charges.
