During contract negotiations. (which shall be held at a neutral venue) between ENWIN Utilities and the Union, the Parties shall share equally in the payment of wages for the members of the Union Bargaining Committee which shall not exceed four (4) members unless otherwise mutually agreed. Accordingly, the Union will be billed for their share for the wages of the members acting in this capacity - at their regular hourly rate with no additional burden assessed.
