During contract performance Sample Clauses

During contract performance in case Party A fails to perform or timely perform any right under the Contract, Party A should not be deemed to waive this right and such behavior should not influence the performance of other rights of Party A or the performance of any obligation of Party B under the Contract. All right waivers should be made in a written form.
