During the Mobility. 1. You should take advantage of all educational opportunities available in the host institution/company, respect their rules and regulations and strive to succeed in all the relevant examinations or other forms of assessment. 2. You may only apply changes in the Agreement of Study/Traineeship in exceptional instances and within the deadline as set by the sending and the host institutions. In this case, you shall ensure that these changes were confirmed by both of the institutions - the sending and the host institution/company within two weeks after filing the application and keep a copy (e-mail) of the approval. Any changes due to extended mobility should be implemented as soon as possible. 3. Your host institution/company undertakes to treat you in the same way it does with their students/staff, and you should try to do your best to integrate into a new environment. 4. Your host institution will not require you to pay aby fees for tuition, registration, examinations, access to laboratory and library during your mobility. However, it may require you to pay small fees for insurance, student clubs and the use of various materials that it also requires from local students. 5. You are welcome to participate in clubs and associations that exist at your host institution/in the company, such as the network of mentors and "buddies" organized by the student "Erasmus Student Network" organization. 6. Any scholarship or student loan you receive from your home country shall be maintained while you are staying abroad.

Following on from the training activity, the receiving organisation will offer their partner finding forum for international networking and promotion of a European dimension, which will continue and expand the dynamics created. Evaluation and Recognition of the mobility: The sending institution will ensure the validation and recognition of the competences acquired by issuing a Europass for recognition of learning outcomes. Receiving organisation will complete the sending institution’s issued Europass with the description of skills and competences acquired by the participant during the mobility. The receiving organisation will also issue its organisation’s Certificate of Attendance which will include participant’s name, start and end dates of training, title of the training activity, description of training content, time input and evaluation of the participant.

During the Mobility. Sometimes the courses which you have added on your initial agreement are not open or their names/codes have been changed. In that case, when the semester starts, you can change your courses. For this, you should fill During the Mobility Section of Learning Agreement. First you must clearly write the deleted courses and then tick “deleted component” section, after that you should write added ones and tick the “added component” part. You should also specify the reasons for change by writing the reason codes. Please do not forget to write ECTS credits for each course and the total ECTS. The changes of learning agreement document must be three original copies. After you prepare it, you must sign all three copies and have them signed by the department coordinator at Sakarya University. After institutional coordinator sign, we will send it your university for signature and stamp. Please keep in mind that even if one course on your learning agreement is not open, you need to do necessary changes on your agreement.

It is strongly recommended that the participant take out insurance to cover any eventuality that may occur throughout their stay in the hosting country (including repatriation, loss of property or injury). Refunds are not give as a result of illness whilst in the hosting country. - For delays in or failure of performance of this agreement due to causes beyond its reasonable control and not being limited to civil war, war between nations, insurrections, strikes, riots, fires, floods, explosions, earthquakes, serious accidents, any act of government, governmental priorities, allocations, regulations, or orders affecting materials or facilities, acts of God or public enemy, failure of transportation, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, or labour trouble causing cessation, slowdown or interruption of work and failure of suppliers and sub-contractors to furnish labour or materials within their contractual delivery times. - Participant's travel before, during and after the programme. It is participant's own risk. Choosing to operate any motorised vehicles, obtaining the necessary licence, permission and insurance will be the responsibility of participant. - Any consequences related to the participant's abuse of drugs and alcohol or any consequences of their criminal actions are their own responsibility.
