In that case, section II should be kept unchanged and changes should be described in the document for exceptional changes. The two documents should be kept together in all communications. When changes to the traineeship programme arise, they should be agreed as soon as possible with the Sending Institution. In case the change concerns an extension of the duration of the traineeship programme abroad, the request can be made by the trainee at the latest one month before the foreseen end date. During the Mobility. Sometimes the courses which you have added on your initial agreement are not open or their names/codes have been changed. In that case, when the semester starts, you can change your courses. For this, you should fill During the Mobility Section of Learning Agreement. First you must clearly write the deleted courses and then tick “deleted component” section, after that you should write added ones and tick the “added component” part. You should also specify the reasons for change by writing the reason codes. Please do not forget to write ECTS credits for each course and the total ECTS. The changes of learning agreement document must be three original copies. After you prepare it, you must sign all three copies and have them signed by the department coordinator at Sakarya University. After institutional coordinator sign, we will send it your university for signature and stamp. Please keep in mind that even if one course on your learning agreement is not open, you need to do necessary changes on your agreement.

During the activity: The receiving organisation will monitor and mentor the relevance and quality of the participants’s experience by ensuring quality in the delivery of the training programme, by monitoring and mentoring the candidate’s participation in the training activities, in their co-operation with other participants, in the study visits and insights into the local culture and way of life, in the exchange of good practice and in the professional journaling on the experience. After the activity: The sending institution will monitor and mentor the implementation of disemination actions about participants‘ experience and learning among their educational community, and will provide feedback to the receiving organisation about dissemination outcomes. During the Mobility. To pick up and welcome participants upon their arrival in Maribor. - To organise personal and work preparation of the participants. - To organise other services requested by partner. - To organise the interview at the previously selected and confirmed hosting company before the start of the internship. - To provide one placement at the time for each participant. - To assign a mentor. - To monitor and mentor participants during their mobility and to be in constant contact with mentors at hosting companies as well as with the coordinator at sending institution. - To provide 24h emergency and technical support to participants on mobility. - To send signed Learning agreements of participants to sending institution - To help participants fill out the Europass mobility certificates and other documents if required by sending organisation. Hosting intermediary organisation is not responsible for: - Participant’s health & safety during their stay in hosting country or for any loss or damage to property or any third party’s property or xxxxxxx.Xx is participants responsibility to ensure they are fit to travel and to undertake any duties. It is strongly recommended that the participant take out insurance to cover any eventuality that may occur throughout their stay in the hosting country (including repatriation, loss of property or injury). Refunds are not give as a result of illness whilst in the hosting country. - For delays in or failure of performance of this agreement due to causes beyond its reasonable control and not being limited to civil war, war between nations, insurrections, strikes, riots, fires, floods, explosions, earthquakes, serious accidents, any act of government, governmental priorities, allocations, regulations, or orders affecting materials or facilities, acts of God or public enemy, failure of transportation, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, or labour trouble causing cessation, slowdown or interruption of work and failure of suppliers and sub-contractors to furnish labour or materials within their contractual delivery times. - Participant's travel before, during and after the programme. It is participant's own risk. Choosing to operate any motorised vehicles, obtaining the necessary licence, permission and insurance will be the responsibility of participant. - Any consequences related to the participant's abuse of drugs and alcohol or any consequences of their criminal actions are their own responsibility.
