Common use of During the Service Period Clause in Contracts

During the Service Period. (i) Maintain the continuous effectiveness of licenses and qualifications in relation to the businesses of Beijing Jinlu; and (ii) Actively assist Wanchi Technology in providing the Service and accept the reasonable advices and proposals made by Xxxxxx Technology on the business of Beijing Jinlu.

During the Service Period. (i) Maintain the continuous effectiveness of licenses and qualifications in relation to the businesses of Beijing JinluJinshou; and (ii) Actively assist Wanchi Technology in providing the Service and accept the reasonable advices and proposals made by Xxxxxx Wanchi Technology on the business of Beijing JinluJinshou.

During the Service Period. (i) Maintain the continuous effectiveness of licenses and qualifications in relation to the businesses of Beijing JinluJinxi; and (ii) Actively assist Wanchi Technology in providing the Service and accept the reasonable advices and proposals made by Xxxxxx Technology on the business of Beijing JinluJinxi.

During the Service Period. (i) Maintain the continuous effectiveness of licenses and qualifications in relation to the businesses of Beijing JinluJinfu; and (ii) Actively assist Wanchi Technology in providing the Service and accept the reasonable advices and proposals made by Xxxxxx Wanchi Technology on the business of Beijing JinluJinfu.
