Common use of During the Waiver Period Clause in Contracts

During the Waiver Period. the Borrower undertakes that except to the extent subject to the Waiver it will not use any actions taken by any Lender in connection with the Loan Agreement as a basis to assert any claims or defences of any kind or nature against any Lender in connection with its respective rights and remedies under any Finance Document, including without limitation any Lender’s rights to take enforcement actions, and the Borrower hereby waives any and all such claims or defences.
