AGREEMENT PERIOD. The terms of this Agreement and the performance of the parties hereto shall commence, or be deemed to have commenced, the 1st day of January 2020 and will continue through the 31st day of December 2020, both dates inclusive, unless sooner terminated or extended as provided for herein.
AGREEMENT PERIOD. 3.2.1 The tenure of the Agreement shall be for a period of 10 (ten) years commencing from the Appointed Date and ending on the Expiry Date (the “Agreement Period”). Provided that in the event of Termination, the Agreement Period shall mean and be limited to the period commencing from the Appointed Date and ending with the Termination Date.
3.2.2 The Parties may mutually agree to extend the term of this Agreement for a further period of 5 (five) years on mutually agreed terms and conditions subject to the following conditions: On the 8th (eighth) anniversary from the Appointed Date, if the Parties agree in principle that the Agreement Period is to be extended for further period, the Parties shall initiate dialogue to extend the term of this Agreement on mutually acceptable terms and conditions. If the Parties are unable to agree upon the mutually acceptable terms and conditions for extension of the Agreement by the expiry of the 9th (ninth) anniversary from the Appointed Date, then the Agreement shall expire on the 10th (tenth) anniversary from the Appointed Date and Authority shall acquire all of rights and interests in and to the Project.
AGREEMENT PERIOD. Each vendor(s) contract shall be valid on April 1, 2010. Set Aside contracts do not carry an expiration date. Addendums may be issued periodically to adjust pricing, terms or add/remove items as necessary. AGREEMENT PERIOD. Upon signature by the State, the Agreement shall be effective from the Start Date until the End Date on page 1. The State shall have no responsibility to provide funding to the Grantee for project work performed except between the Start Date and the End Date specified on page 1. Expenditures made by the Grantee prior to the Start Date or after the End Date of this Agreement are not eligible for payment under this Agreement.
AGREEMENT PERIOD. 10.1 Unless ended by Us because a Termination Event happens this Agreement will continue from (and including) the date it is made for the Minimum Period after which We or You can end it at any time by giving an End Notice to the other expiring on the last day of a Month.
10.2 If We agree in Writing that You can end this Agreement without it continuing as set out in Condition 10.1 You will pay Us such sum as We require in return for this.
AGREEMENT PERIOD. This agreement becomes effective when signed by the last party whose signing makes the agreement fully executed. This agreement shall remain in effect until the Project is completed or unless terminated as provided below.
AGREEMENT PERIOD. Effective Date as annotated on OF-294 until demobilized by the Incident Management Team (IMT). Agreement is for duration of assigned incident only and is non-transferrable.
AGREEMENT PERIOD. This Agreement is effective as of July 1, 2018 (the “Effective Date”) and shall continue until the earlier to occur of (a) June 30, 2019 (the “Expiration Date”) or (b) the date on which either Party terminates this Agreement (the “Termination Date”). The period of time between the Effective Date and the Expiration Date or Termination Date is the “Agreement Period”.
AGREEMENT PERIOD. This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue in full force and effect for a period of three (3) years and/or the end of the Warranty Period for the last Machine, purchased under this Agreement, whichever is longer (the "Agreement Period"). ISR shall have the option, upon its sole discretion to extend the Agreement for additional three (3) years by providing Supplier with 30 days prior written notice before the end of the Agreement Period (the "Optional Period"). All terms and conditions of this Agreement shall apply during Optional Period, mutatis mutandis.
AGREEMENT PERIOD.
3.1 This Agreement commences from the Effective Date as specified in Item 4 of Schedule 1.
3.2 Unless terminated earlier in accordance with clause 16 of this Agreement, the period of this Agreement will be the time specified in Item 4 of Schedule 1.
