Duringany Force Majeure Clause Samples

Duringany Force Majeure eventaffecting Supplier’s performance, Purchaser may, at its option, purchase the Goods or Services from other sources and reduce its delivery schedules to Supplier by such quantities, without liability to the Supplier, or require the Supplier to provide Goods or Services from other sources in quantities and at times requested by the Purchaser at the price set forth in the Contract.
