Duties and Authority. A. Specifically, it shall be the duty of Xxxx to employ on behalf of the City all other employees of the City, other than the City Clerk and City Attorney each of which serve at the pleasure of the City Council, consistent with the policies of the City Council and the ordinances and charter of the City.
C. It shall also be the duty of the City Manager Xxxx to employ, direct, assign, reassign, evaluate, reassign and to accept resignations of evaluate all of the employees of the City under her supervision consistent with policies, ordinances, charter, state and federal law.

F. G. All duties assigned to Xxxx by the City Manager by the governing body Council shall be appropriate to and consistent with the professional role and responsibility of the City ManagerXxxx.
G. The City Manager cannot be reassigned from the position of City Manager to another position without the City Manager's express written consent.
H. The City Manager X. Xxxx or a designee shall attend, and shall be permitted to attend, all meetings of the governing bodyCity Council, both public and closed, or otherwise consistent with state law.
I. The governing bodyCity Council, individually and collectively, shall refer in a timely manner all substantive criticisms, complaints and suggestions called to their attention to the City Manager Xxxx for study and and/or appropriate action.

Duties and Authority. A. The City Employer agrees to employ Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx X.
