Duties and Authority Sample Clauses
The "Duties and Authority" clause defines the specific responsibilities and powers granted to a party under an agreement. It typically outlines what actions the party is required to perform, such as managing certain tasks, making decisions, or representing the interests of another, and clarifies any limitations on their authority. By clearly delineating roles and boundaries, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings and disputes over what each party is permitted or obligated to do, ensuring smooth operation and accountability within the contractual relationship.
