Common use of Duties and Authority Clause in Contracts

Duties and Authority. The Employer agrees to employ Employee as City Manager to perform the functions and duties specified in the Dade City Charter, Code of Ordinances of the City of Dade City, and job description, to perform all legally permissible and proper duties and functions and other duties and responsibilities as the Employer may from time to time assign.

The Employer agrees to employ Employee Employee, as City Manager Administrator, to perform the functions and duties specified generally in Section 2.22.030 of the Dade City Charter▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Code of Ordinances of (the City of Dade City, "Code") and job description, to perform all other legally permissible and proper duties and functions and other duties and responsibilities consistent with the position of City Administrator, as the Employer may be assigned to her from time to time assigntime.
