DUTIES AND OBLIGATIONS OF CONSULTANT. a. Consultant shall be engaged as the “Chief Financial Officer” of the Client during the term of this agreement and shall provide the Services that are customary of the position and generally described in Appendix A of this document. Further, Consultant’s President and CEO, Sxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxx (“Sxxxxxxxx”), shall act as an authorizing signatory on periodic filings with the SEC as required by the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the Sxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002, as amended, and other documents, as shall be required from time to time.
