Common use of Duties and Powers of the President Clause in Contracts

Duties and Powers of the President. Subject to such supervisory powers, if any, as may be given by the Managers to the chairperson, the president shall be the chief operating officer of the Company, and shall, subject to the control of the Managers, have general and active day-to-day management of the business of the Company and shall see that all orders and resolutions of the Members and the Managers are carried into effect. The president shall have the general powers and duties of management usually vested in the office of president of a corporation, and shall have such other powers and duties as may be prescribed by the Managers or this Agreement.
