Common use of Duties and Powers of Trustee Clause in Contracts

Duties and Powers of Trustee. In addition to the duties and powers set forth in other provisions of this Trust Agreement, and subject to all applicable conditions and limitations, the Trustee shall have the following duties and powers with respect to the Trust: (a) Control, Manage, and Invest Assets . To the extent necessary to carry out the investment responsibilities in Section 6, to hold, manage, improve, repair, control and invest all assets forming part of the Trust;
