Duties and Responsibilities of Master Servicer. (a) Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, Master Servicer shall conduct the servicing, administration and collection of the Transferred Receivables with reasonable care and diligence and in accordance with the Financing Agreements and the Credit and Collection Policies.
