Duties and Restrictions. (a) Duties as Employee of the Company. Executive shall, subject to the supervision of the Company's Chief Executive Officer, serve as the Company's Executive Vice President - Practice Management Services, and President -Practice Management Services of the applicable Company subsidiaries and affiliates, with all such powers as may be set forth in the Company's Bylaws with respect to, and/or are reasonably incident to, such officerships.

Executive shall, subject to the supervision of the Company's Chief Executive Officer, serve as the Company's Executive Senior Vice President - Practice Management Services, and President -Practice Management Services of the applicable Company subsidiaries and affiliates, Corporate Development with all such powers as may be set forth in the Company's Bylaws with respect to, and/or are reasonably incident to, such officerships.

Executive shall, subject to the supervision of the Company's Chief Executive Officer, serve as the Company's Executive Vice President - Practice Management Services, and President -Practice Management Managed Care Services of the applicable Company subsidiaries and affiliates, with all such powers as may be set forth in the Company's Bylaws with respect to, and/or are reasonably incident to, such officerships.

Duties and Restrictions. (a) Duties as Employee of the Company. Executive shall, subject to the supervision of the Company's Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Financial Officer, serve as the Company's Executive Vice President - Practice Management Services, and President -Practice Management Services of the applicable Company subsidiaries and affiliates, Controller with all such powers as may be set forth in the Company's Bylaws with respect to, and/or are reasonably incident to, such officerships.

Duties and Restrictions. (a) Duties as Employee of the Company. Executive shall, subject to the supervision of the Company's Chief Executive Officer, serve as the Company's Executive Vice President - Practice Management Services, and President -Practice Management Services of the applicable Company subsidiaries and affiliatesChief Operating Officer, with all such powers as may be set forth in the Company's Bylaws with respect to, and/or are reasonably incident to, such officerships.

Executive shall, subject to the supervision of the Company's Chief Executive Officer, Board of Directors serve as the Company's President and Chief Executive Vice President - Practice Management Services, Officer and President -Practice Management Services as an executive officer of the applicable various Company subsidiaries and affiliates, with all such powers as may be set forth in the Company's Bylaws with respect to, and/or are reasonably incident to, such officerships.

Executive shall, subject to the supervision of the Company's Chief Executive Officer, serve as the Company's Executive Senior Vice President - Practice Management Services, and President -Practice Management Services of the applicable Company subsidiaries and affiliates, Chief Medical Officer with all such powers as may be set forth in the Company's Bylaws with respect to, and/or are reasonably incident to, such officerships.
