Common use of Duties and Scope Clause in Contracts

Duties and Scope. Executive shall provide personal services to the Company in such capacities and in such manner as follows (which services shall be provided as an independent contractor/consultant until such time as Executive advises the Company that he desires to become a full-time employee of the Company, at which time such services shall be as an employee), as mutually agreed upon from time to time by and between Executive and the Board. For purposes of this Agreement, the term "employment" shall be deemed to mean "engagement" as independent contractor/consultant until such time, if ever, that Executive becomes an employee of the Company (at which time such term shall mean employment).
