Duties as Sub-Adviser. Subject to paragraph 7 below, the Adviser may, in its discretion, appoint each Sub-Advisor to perform one or more of the following services with respect to all or a portion of the investments of the Trust. The services and the portion of the investments of the Trust to be advised or managed by each Sub-Adviser shall be as agreed upon from time to time by the Adviser and the Sub-Advisers. Each Sub-Adviser shall pay the salaries and fees of all personnel of such Sub-Adviser performing services for the Trust related to research, statistical and investment activities.
